Yeah, that definitely makes a lot of sense that, as a user, you woldun't be too happy paying for a service twice (i.e. once to have the service available and another time to actually use it). I don't know how ParkingCarma's pricing model has affected their financial success (given they are a private entity), but it sounds like it might currently be a barrier to widespread adoption of their service. This is something SpotScore will definitely have to consider later down the road and a great reminder to ask users like yourself what you most value.Yes, it would be great if everything was free, but we all know that's not ultimately a reality. Though, what is a reality is that people, myself included, do pay for products and services that provide benefits to them above and beyond their cost. It's our intent and goal to understand, from the standpoint of our users, what benefits they value, before putting on a price tag.
